Well, the non-denominational shin was fun, apparently. I liked it. Kim the DJ could have stuck around another hour, but, it still went well. I behaved myself and only had twelve whiskey sours later at Patrick's.
Jon and Sean were some of the first guests to arrive. Jon looked my way, didn't make eye contact, and said, "Um, yeah, I'm here to buy a calendar..." I sold him two calendars, shrugged my shoulders so that my sequined shirt would shimmer, but he looked away. I know it's because Sean was with him. Later, I hugged both of them before they went home to "study", and... I have to say that, I felt a little resistance from them. I mean, I know I'd had a good six beers by that time (10 p.m.- and hey, I was in charge of the drink tickets) AND I was perspiring just a little from dancing so much, but still. I'll just have to get over it.
