I went to see the Bourne Supremacy today, very good movie. The director had him kick the perfect amount of ass, just enough to make the movie as enjoyable as it could be. I couldn't say there were any infidelities in terms of believability, certainly there are going to be some far-fetched occurrences when any super-soldier is involved. Even so, I can say that I never once asked myself that all-inclusive analytical question: "What the fuck?"
During the previews I saw the trailer for the sequel to "Ocean's Eleven." It is unsurprisingly named "Ocean's Twelve." I've noticed a rash of these sorts of sequel titles developing. And in lieu of this new trend of theatrical nomenclature I have decided to suggest a sequel to an old war movie classic: "The Dirty Baker's Dozen."
While on the subject of stupid Hollywood ideas (as if there are any other) I would like to ask whomever calls the new "Thunderbirds" movie their brainchild to give the human gene pool a break and end your life.
