Hello,

How are you? I'm very tired - been working too much. Perhaps I work too much - sometimes ten hours a day! Bangkok is looking a bit ugly, but Ko Samet was very beautiful. Sorry, got to go now - should really go to the gym. I'm doing well though, thank you!
