July 2012 Training Totals.

I haven't done one of these in.. well, possibly years, maybe since I was training for CdA 2010, but after a pretty intense month of training, I checked out my totals, double-checked, and sure enough, this was my new highest-volume month of training, replacing the 60.5 hours in May 2010.

July's totals:
Bike: 33h 15m 42s - 427.08 Mi
Run: 21h 59m 45s - 140.81 Mi
Swim: 11h 01m 08s - 33335 Yd

Total: ~66.25 hours

(Bike distance not accurate, since bike time includes trainer work, but distance doesn't.)

So just over 2 hours a day, if I worked out every day in July, which I did not. In fact, one of those weeks was a recovery week with very low volume.

I'm glad to be tapering now.
