When I first started down the path to fitness, my resolutions tended to be
weight loss or races. The last 5 years, my only "resolutions" have been to be
sane and healthy whenever possible. I like that. It's malleable and I can't end up saying, "Okay, I met that goal in March, now it's Anything Goes for the rest of the year!"
