Pushing the 'reset' button!

Time to reset a few things... Been not fabulously well (niggly virus stuff), gym has dropped off, food getting a bit scrappy, sleep not as good as it could be, yada yada.....

So - the cunning plan!

* having a day off work - leave day not a sick day, and will do some stuff like food shopping, and cleaning (bathroom, bedroom etc)
* get back into my gym routine, twice a week plus my personal training session
* make sure I do my bridge to bridge walk every Saturday, even if Ms A can't join me.... So charging the iPod, and will listen to audio books as I walk
* go back to planning my week's menu, and precooking stuff on weekends, so I don't get home late and just have gluten free toast or an apple and some chocolate for dinner
* actually insist that the cats sleep next to me on the bed, not sleep on top of me, or exactly where I want to put my legs......
* get out in to the sunshine on weekends, and walk at lunchtime at work in the sun:)

and now to go downstairs and cook some mivie and vegies for tonight's dinner. Instant win!
