Life
Since I moved back to Arizona there have been the usual ups and downs, but it has really been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I have a job, it may not be the best but I make decent money and I have insurance. I have a kick ass boyfriend with whom I share literally EVERYTHING in common except for online gaming, haha. I have a really nice house in Mesa, one of those cookie cutter houses I always wished I lived in. I've reevaluated relationships with past friends and what is really important to me, and it has made all the difference in the world. I feel as though I know my triggers very clearly now (i.e. people trying to manipulate me, drinking too much caffeine, etc).I don't let people treat me unfairly anymore. I don't try to cause arguments like I used to, and I realize much quicker know when I am the one who is being irrational and not thinking logically. I have finally realized that the relationship I have with my mom needs to be much different then what I expected it should be like. I always wanted the upbeat always on the go supportive and always rational mother, but I don't have that. What I DO HAVE is a mom that loves me more than life itself, and that is priceless. I also will be applying to grad schools in the fall and I can't wait to see my career finally take off once I have my LPC degree!
All in all I'd say 2010 is shaping up to be an amazing year!
