So besides the fact that I've never been this drastically burn, pre-camp has been good. The mourning session could prolly go a lil faster just cause it's basics block and it's well basics which I already feel I know enough of. Yeah, my patience draws thin with them as well. Only sometimes. But we need to understand that they are nervous as hell and have no postive feedback coming on them. Summerlin may say some nice things, but let's fact it, not alot of people take it that way. I think all we can do is coach them in the right direction, give them help with the stuff, and make sure we let them know what they are doing wrong in a positive way. It'll get better. I swear
