We thought about getting some as pets. And then started thinking hey, it'd be good to pay someone else to build and maintain their enclosure, and sort out any health issues, and organise all their food... and wait a minute, don't we have annual zoo passes? :D

I think one could be pretty freaky under the right circumstances. Like while I was in the shower.

Actually, yes. venta did make a similar comment about one cropping up in her bedroom in the middle of the night, for example.
