bunny_m commented that it looked like I'd reached a meter again. I just measured it at 101cm, but lj says I managed that back in October 2007. Guess I've maxed out for my current level of tolerance of rattyness. Speaking of which, I think it's just about time for another trim; not sure whether to go for summat more drastic..

(note to self - last time extensions were tightened was 18th of April - it feels like they're due again fairly soon, too..)
