Sam wasn't sure where they were going. He knew that Alec and Dean had to hunt. Something bad. It was always bad, and for once he was not being kept in the motel room. They said he had to stay back though. Not get hurt.
Sam would remind Dean that he is dead and can't get hurt, but Dean gets sad when Sam says that so he stopped saying that. Now he just nods. Dean understands that and isn't sad then.
But when the demon comes out of the hotel room and stalks towards him, Sam tilts his head and looks at him. The demon is flushed. He smells of sex. But not his. Another. There is another demon in the room that the mad demon coming at them smells like.
He wants to talk to the demon. Ask why he is mad. But then Dean steps in front of him to protect him. Like always.
Dean takes care of Sam. Dean is the big brother. Safe.
But this is a demon, and Sam is a demon. He should help.
Alec swore and then slid in to stand up next to Dean. "Hey, could we all try being reasonable?" He didn't want Sam cutting loose in front of Dean. Not while he was still all adorable little boy all the time.
He, like Sam, caught the double scent. The second one the demon was carrying on his skin was a scent he knew. "Seriously. You go back in there and have a nice evening with Amy, and we'll find a different motel." He knew how captivating she could be. And he didn't smell fear so he figured she was there of her own free will.
Alloces' head canted to the side slightly at the mention of Avnas's name. This human knew her? He really shouldn't have been so surprised, Avnas knew many people, but he didn't think, of all the coincidences, she would know him. The hesitant confusion was just long enough for Amy to walk out of the room, shirt haphazardly buttoned with what buttons were left, huffing slightly as she put on her heels.
"I'm done."
Alloces whirled around the face her, now even more confused. "What?"
"Oh, bite me, you know why. In fact, that's exactly why -- you should be in there biting me, but you're not. Therefore, I'm gone. Adios. Don't feel like sticking around to watch you kill people today."
She had turned on her heel to leave, stopped for a moment, then turned back around again to face the hunters that Alloces had happened to stop, confusion on her face. "Alec?"
Amy flashed the three men a bright grin, before turning back to Alloces. "No."
And Alloces looked like you had just kicked his puppy. Twice. "Why?"
"Because I like him. Go kill someone somewhere else." Amy gave him a stern look, and his eyes narrowed for a moment, before he huffed and started to walk away.
"Fine."
With that, he was gone from sight, off to God only knew where. Which, as far as Amy was concerned, was fine by her. He would be back eventually -- just a matter of time.
Alec felt his mouth drop open a little. "That's it?" Colour him stunned. Seriously. After over a month of more of playing cat and mouse, Amy just called her boy (apparently) off.
No blood shed. No violence. No death or maiming. He closed his mouth marched over to her, put his hands on her cute little hips, picked her up and swung her around. "You're awesome."
Amy laughed as Alec swung her around, gripping his shoulders lightly to keep herself on her feet. "Yes, well -- " she sighed, before glancing down at her skirt. " -- it's not obvious at the moment, but I do wear the pants in this relationship."
She stayed close to Alec, resting her hands on his shoulders as she glanced back at the other two. "So who are your friends?"
"Amy" he waved a hand at the two other men. "This is Dean and Sam."
Alec bit his lip a little at Dean's statement, trying to figure out how to tell the man that he didn't really think they could stop the guy. He rubbed a hand over his barcode and wondered how many nervous gestures he could work in, because he was pretty sure that they didn't want to be on Amy's bad side either. "Not sure we can stop him." He apparently was going to go with blurting for the win.
Amy laughed again. "He is adorable. And Alec is right. Unless you have a very powerful gun that last I heard doesn't work, stopping Alloces is somewhat like stopping a tank with a stick. Besides, he's probably halfway to some small town in the middle of nowhere that's very far from here."
"And yes, Sam -- I'll be keeping my clothes on." She had sense enough to not include the 'unless you want me to.' Though Alec may have the option later.
". . . why would she take her clothes off. Is there some sort of rule here that I'm not aware off?"
And, crap, Now Dean was pissed, and Alec had to admit he wasn't real aproving of Amy's boything killing for fun. "This is one of those shitty, rock and hard place moments. I hate those."

He shot a quick look at Dean. "Yeah, Actually met her a little while ago. Good taste in music. Fun. Nice."

And she had her clothing on, if not buttoned badly, so he could talk to her if he had to.

He wanted to talk to someone new. And a demon. He had never talked to a nice demon before that made bad demons go away.

And yes, this woman -- probably demon -- was going to be staying far, far away from his brother.
