hmm... termination.
I woke up today and went to class like normal... I almost fell asleep in class like normal... then I went to work and knocked on the heavy steel security door and usually Marie will open the door wide to let us in and today she opened the door and stuck her hand out and said 'Hey, I need to talk to you out in the hallway' right away I was like :| umm uhoh. So we back away from the door and she said something to the effect of 'I know we talked about this before in December about how the hours you gave us for your availability don't really match up with the hours of the other student employees.'
'umm... okay'
'Don't think that it's anything personal against you I think you're a good kid and I would give you a recommendation to wherever you decide to get a job'
'oh no I totally understand if my hours don't work and it doesn't work with the schedule then there's no sense in me staying'
'Yeah, so I don't think we'll be needing you anymore so I'm going to have to let you go. You can go a head and submit your timesheet for today and include the hours you would have worked'
'okay sure'
'okay see you around'
that's the jist of it... and all i really remember. I was like :O did that really just happen? I was laughing the whole way home like 'did that just happen' I couldn't believe it. Well I guess this means I don't have to ask for spring break off... lol. Whatev. Now I just have to decide whether or not it will be worthwile for me to get a different job. I know I would rather not have a job with school so I can have more time for that purpose, but at the same time I know I'm greedy as fuck and I love my Sephora... it's a tough decision to make.
In other news... in my genealogical research I have found out that on my mother's side I am directly descended from 3 lines of nobility in Europe. Woop woop. France, Nederland, and England better watch out I'm coming to visit the noble estates of my ancestors! lol
