speechless
WOW yeyness...totally happy right now just from a few words...but yet they make my day...i love hearing from old friends, cuz for some reason no matter what they have to say its always like they say the one thing that you need to hear most in the world. even if all they have to say is hi how have you been and they tell you every little thing or absolutely nothing about what has been happening to them since the last time you spoke, its like its the most important thing in the world. its even better when you haven't talked to them in forever cuz its almost like making a new friend only better...this of course is not to say that the whole time that you didn't talk was worth the feeling of when you talk again cuz its much better when you just don't ever have to lose touch, but if you do getting back in to touch makes my day...today was an amazing day in that respect. not only was i fortunate enough to be able to have the time to talk to elyse for a good hour or so which we haven't done probably since we saw aida, which then we barely got to talk cuz we were watching the show and they didn't come up to visit, so we only saw them at the show, but i also got an email from becca. yes. isn't it amazing our long lost becca has finally started contacting us new fairfieldians. not only that, but being the amazing becca that she is decided not to write of the all the things that are going on in her life...saving that for when she comes...instead she writes this:

Sorry I haven't emailed you, but we just moved and I haven't had
the internet. I am living just around the corner from our other house and
loving it!
I hope Alicia and Amy have already told you, but I'm coming to
visit the 18-27. The 19 and 20 are the best days for me, I'm sorry I didn't
tell you sooner. I had emailed Alicia and Amy and was going to email you
and then realized that...well... email is rather difficult when your
computer is in a box. :)
I need to thank you for being my friend Katie. You uplift and
strengthen me every time I am in contact with you, and frankly you're down
right FUN! Some of the happiest moment of my life so far have been with
you. I can't wait to see you!!! Thank you.
