This is a Chinese TV show called China Star. Its kinda like American Idol but with famous chinese performers. The "white guy" is Peter Asher, a British musician. The guy playing the piano is Liu Huan, a famous Chinese pop artist from the 90s, he is the coach of the team made up of the three other performers. I don't know who the girls are, but the guy in the white suit is Sun Nan a super famous Chinese pop artist.
