My worst enemy
Well I've got some alergic reaction to something again. When to the doctor today and found that it was myself.
Apparently I've let myself get so stressed out my skin rebelled and I itch so much. My blood pressure helps in giving an explanation to all of this atleast. I am 150/80 right now. Right before the wedding I was 120. This was when I had the first case of this alergic reaction or whatever you want to call it.
I guess I need to hook up a digital blood pressure meter and stick it on my forehead. If it goes over 120 it beeps. I don't know what my normal is actually. I don't think 120 would be normal because I was still really stressed out.
I just can't believe all this itching is because of me. I've been waking up at 4 in the morning for the past week because of it.
I probably should start making a routine of doing music or something in the evening instead of working. I'll try that and see how this goes.
Anyway regardless of this whole itchy reaction things are going fine. Just lots of stuff going on.
