Off to San Jose... my ankle is paining :(
Starting off for San Jose by the 5:45 PM flight today. Hope the SSN application process goes through fine this time. My screwed ankle is not helping much!
aah! I have not written about my ankle injury here... ok.. thats one funny story. Last weekend had been to Wichita River Festival with Vineetha, Asha and Ashish's family. Had a great time there. A big crowd to see after a long time. There was this slide made from tine sheet metal.. It was more like a pyramid, angle about 60 degrees. Me.. felt a great urge to slide down that!! and I did reach the top slipping and sliding... everything was cool till then! I was feeling great! not many people were able to reach the top of that... but then.. I started sliding down... was coming down real fast.. tried to control my speed without much success... and finally landed hard on my left ankle.. it got twisted.. had to visit the doc. hmm.. its seems like, every time I come to US, I have to make at-least one visit to the doc. Thankfully nothing was broken... have been on splints... aah man! it was real painful!!!
The positive is.. I walk in to office with slippers :))) No one is going to blame me this time :)))
thats enough for now i guess.. have to get the maps and get ready for my flight...
