Isn't he precious? He looks soooo sweet and sincere! *smooshes* He's giving a commencement speech address at his alma mater, apparently, St. Lawrence University, where he was awarded an honorary degree.

You can read the transcript of his speech *here* (Thanks, namarie120!) I sort of feel like he went a bit overboard including so much specific political stuff at the end, but that's part of who Viggo is and I suppose each person spoke to their strengths at the ceremony. He's certainly very eloquent and thoughtful and has an admirable point of view on things.
