Just left these in liars_dance's LJ, but decided I wanted them here in the Shrine as well. Love these boys so much. First we have teary Rafa and teary David Ferrer embracing after Daveeeed won a nearly five hour epic match against Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro.

Oh, he's definitely a 'touch first, think later' kind of boy! *sighs happily at all the man-love and looks forward to more today and tomorrow*

Ha, you're right, he is very instinctive about his touching. He just naturally goes there. *dreamy sigh*

The Spanish team are the epitome of man-love. And fantastic legs. And hair. And skin. Gahhhhh. (Whoever designed their team gear is awesome, too, love their jackets especially. *G*)

I am hoping we get lots more man hugs this weekend. Verdasco is usually pretty hands-on, too! Wheeee!

fantastic legs. And hair. And skin - oh, yes. And their eyes too. The Armada definitely should win for being collectively beautiful - and speaking in v. hot and sexy broken English... *sighs*

One of the tennis writers said they looked like a Hugo Boss ad during the last match...hah... There are a lot of pretty gazes there, it is true. And the Spanglish is divine.

Lopez and Verdasco were not so good today, but the highlight was that Verdasco consoled Feli after a missed point by putting a comforting hand on his ass...lol. I knew Verdasco wouldn't let me down in the touchy-feely department. :P

I noticed the butt pat!! It was about the only thing that made me smile this afternoon :( Neither of them played well but Nando was the worst and their net play was poor. Costa needs to rethink his doubles team and maybe give Marc Lopez a go. Here's hoping Rafa's still on fire tomorrow :)

Yes, as for net play, they were very good at hitting the ball *into* the net. *sigh* Nando is a bit out of his mind, lately. He had some terrible matches in the Asian swing, he's gotten completely erratic. And he was running wayyyy too hot today. Doubles partners can't yell at/argue with one another, that doesn't help at all.

When I heard Lopez was playing doubles, I at first assumed it was Marc! Granollers is very good, too, but the commentators said the team was saving him in case Nadal or Ferrer couldn't play.

I think Rafa will be very motivated tomorrow. :P
