Well, to some people it is very bad, and to some it isn't at all! I honestly haven't been able to keep on top of everything myself. But 6A is still sending warning letters to people in the HP fandom and threatening to delete them. Their new rules at least seem to indicate peeps will get that warning first, but the rules on what they find offensive/unacceptable are still a bit hazy at best.
I don't *want* to leave, but some of the bigger writers on my flist have already made the decision to abandon LJ for someplace they feel safer at. So I'm just setting up an account at IJ so I can keep up with them and if it looks like a big move will be taking place, I'll go as well.
Some people are leaving just on principle, because LJ is practicing censorship, and applying the rules rather unevenly. For years, some very real criminal activity has been ignored by LJ Abuse, but now suddenly if you draw two teenage boys together you can get your account deleted.
This might give you an idea of some of the complaints:
