school drama

Well it's been a month since school started and I guess it's been alright.
~US GOVERNMENT~
This has been a really fun class so far. We get into lots of fun debates and Mrs. Robison's really funny when she gets riled up. Currently, we're having a mock caucus and I'm afraid to propose my resolution because if Sam or Mat find a flaw in my reasonings for it, they'll make my resolution blow up in my face. Eep.
~CHEMISTRY HONORS~
Even though I'm doing bad in this class...I really like it. I have a way cool lab partner, Adam Tierney. And we're stationed next to Tommy and Ali and we have lots of interesting conversations. And Mrs. Hoffstrom loves our class because John and James are really funny. "So....you're older than 42?" Nice, Tommy.
~FAITH/ETHICS~
It's kinda fun to have a hippie as a teacher. We made masks...like actual masks, where the plaster is applied to your face and all. I must say, that was the scariest 30 minutes of my life. I couldn't see and for some odd reason having plaster covering my face made me really claustrophobic. I sure was glad when it was finally taken off. And Friday we painted them and I got so mad because Claire and I were sitting together sharing paint and then Katie Mullen comes and joins us and wouldn't shut up the entire time. She made a huge mess and ended up spilling paint all over my pants and that really made me angry. Luckily though, the paint came off.
~ANALYSIS HONORS~
I really despise math but I enjoy being in this class. All the girls except for one sit together since there's only nine of us in the class. Me and Sarah Super have many great conversations involving one certain cutie in the class. We want him to teach us how to use those confusing graphing calculators of ours.
~AT/LUNCH~
I'm really glad we have AT again. It makes things so much easier. Now I can get math help form Mat during AT and do my homework with friends and compare answers and stuff. And lunch is okay too.
~WIND ENSEMBLE~
So I'm on probation in this class because I fight with Emily Thungkaew and if I'm mean to her again, I get kicked outta band or something like that. So I have to watch my step and make sure Novey isn't looking/listening when I make a mean comment to Emily. Barb and I were so excited on Friday though because we were playing the part right and Emily WASN'T! Hoorah. This makes me sound incredibly mean but trust me, if you knew Emily, you'd dislike her also.
~SPANISH 4 HONORS~
Chris Mann keeps me entertained in this class. It's fun when he reads to us. I'm beginning to accept Sister Judith too and now I don't mind her as much. Apparently, she thinks I'm bright and that I'm a good spanish speaker. Last year, Senor thought I was bad because I can't roll my r's. Eh, oh well
~US LITERATURE HONORS~
Oh man I love Sinclair-Wood! He can do a really good Elvis impersonation. And Matt Meyers, Ben Gappa, Bryan Racine, and Luke Dwyer keep me entertained. It is the best class to have last hour.

Okay I gotta tell you this weird thing that happened to Mary and me on Friday morning. So before school, we were sitting in the hallway and we decided to compare math answers on the worksheet Hennessy gave us. Mary and I had different answers for #1 and I was pretty sure mine was right because Mat showed me how to do it and he's pretty darn smart. So Mary was erasing her answer for that and was looking at my sheet so she could see what I did as I was explaining to to her. Then, some teacher came up to us and was like, "I hope you're not copying homework because that's cheating and that can earn you a detention." And I was like, "No, we're just comparing answers and I'm showing her how to do #1." And the teacher was like, "Okay, because I'd have to give you a detention otherwise." And then she just walked away. That was weird. No other teacher has cared before if we copied homework, they only care if we copy test answers because that's cheating. What a weird teacher. I hope I never have her for any class.
