How fortuitous!!!
I've been putting off getting a haircut for a while now... thinking that it's too soon to the last time, so not being able to justify the exorbitant expense. But just now in a fit of 'unexpectedness', I decided to just book it and have it done. Besides, it'll make me feel better too!!!
So I called up T&G Chatswood and had a sudden panic whilst dialing, hoping that my girl, Chloe was still there! She's been planning on moving stores for a while now, and just thought that she may not be there!
The receptionist answered and when I mentioned her name, said that tomorrow was her last day and that she was booked solid! Argh! She's now moving to Paddington. I asked if there was any time tomorrow morning and he found a spot at 9am. Hurrah!
It's a good time as we're filming at 4pm at Cherrybrook and it'll be a good way to get me out of bed and starting my day on time. Hurrah!!!
I'm debating whether or not to get it cut a little shorter than usual. The last cut was a little longer than I wanted and I'm thinking about a shorter version of the same style. Just so that the first layers stop just above my earlobes. I don't know. I'll see what she suggests tomorrow.
Tomorrow things to do:
- Get costumes from costume shop
- get material for tableclothes for restaurant scene
- do other things I can't remember just now
I had such a horrible stressful day at work yesterday, where I just wanted to kill everyone. So in the only way to de-stress myself, I went shopping!
I'm quite disappointed with myself, as I had every intention of blowing a large hole in my bank account, but only managed to buy one pair of shoes.
But they're very cute. Little red mary jane ballet style slip ons with cute red ribbon cross over elastic straps and little shiny bits on the side. They're the softest beautiful leather and sooooo comfortable!!! I'm a very happy girlie. And they were so cheap! Only $120! *does the dance of joy*
I'm excited about my haircut tomorrow now. A good pamper moment. Might book myself in for a mani & pedi too!
