Technological revolution
Okay... so more of a technological update.
I finally ventured into the world on internet banking. Yes. It's only taken a gazillion years (give or take a million). I activated it a couple of days ago and did my first fund transfer today. Huzzah! What did I pay? My reunion ticket. Yes. It's my 10yr high school reunion in a few weeks. 22nd December to be exact. Scary.
The other upgrade? I finally bothered to get my sim card upgraded so I can now do video calls and video sending. Huzzah! Yes. I'm finally cool. Hip. And wid it. Yo.
If only I knew other people with video calling... *sniff*... but at least it means that all the cool 3G stuff on my mobile is now usable. I've only had the mobile since April, so it's nice to know I can use it to its fullest capacity now. Not that I will, by any means, but it's there if I do! :o)
I only started using the PDA features on it around two months ago (completely addicted to my calendar functions)... but I think it's also because I noticed a funky icon on my dock on Leeloo which is called iSync... which syncs my mobile with her and which allows me to co-ordinate all my info on my mobile with her - so all my contacts, appointments, calendar entries, word documents, excel documents, etc etc etc can be shared across.
I also downloaded Dope Wars onto my mobile. I haven't played that game in years.
I'm also craving caramelised fig gelato. Might have to go to Leichardt tonight... hmmm...
