[According to the sources that be, it is a very good idea to carry one's journal around with oneself at all times. It made sense- if there was an emergency, a method to get a message out to anyone and everyone instantaneously was useful. Slightly problematic if no one was watching their journal, but useful.
It was only a matter of time before it backfired on him.
What pops up on the feeds is a video of Jale standing on a tree stump, seemingly concentrating on a far off point. After a moment, he raises his hand, causing a shining symbol to appear above his head before fading away. Several meters in front of him, lightning comes crashing down before it vanishes.
Silence as Jale stares at the area the lightning struck. Eventually, he mutters to himself.]

[ooc: Basically, Jale was practicing in the woods (and stood on the stump so he wouldn't electrocute himself, stupid snow), his journal was set aside but something knocked it down and open (so yes, the video is on its side) and no, he hasn't noticed.
