stuff + California trip + Dragon*Con
* I was not at VividCon this weekend because my brother was getting married and I was in the wedding party. Unfortunately, someone would have noticed if I'd ditched the wedding to watch vids. But I do have the DVDs, which I plan to watch tonight!
* I think I have finally completed all the paperwork associated with my new job, which means I can announce that I will be flying into SFO Sunday, August 24th. I will drive to Mountain View, CA on Sunday evening and attend training Monday through Thursday, so after 5PM I should be available for dinner and drinks and fangirls. I fly out at 6AM on Friday the 29th.
* I will be arriving at Dragon*Con on the afternoon of Friday the 29th and staying through the evening of Monday, September 1st.
* I start my new job on September 2nd. Yes, it's in Chicago. I'm not moving to California at this time.
* I will be at the Empires concert on the 23rd!
* There probably won't be any music posts for the next couple of weeks because I'll be traveling. I'll pick them back up in September.
Did I forget anything?
