Yes, those are eggs but not against a wire mesh, but in a nest. :)
A pigeon has decided to make a nest on the window ledge of my room. It was impossible for me to take a photograph of the nest from the outside without disturbing the nest or the eggs inside. Instead, the photographs were taken from inside the room and hence the wire mesh the net, on the window.
