The Job Search Continues:
i've been as busy as a dog gnawing at fleas lately. The whole job searching circus has become like a full time job.
I had 4 interviews with vet clinics last week, one of which was via phone. Another phone interview is lined up for this week in addition to one call back but i am waiting to hear from another which i absolutely adore. The one i'm waiting to hear from is a new practice owned by a very well established one. They're still trying to build a client base, which means just enough down time to ease back into the groove of vet assisting. Plus, i'd get the rare opportunity of maturing with a practice also, i believe i can get my desired salary from this employer, which we all know is crucial. So now i just play the waiting game although, i did kind of light a candle under the owner of my desired clinic. You know, just a friendly email, "Aloha, i've gotten a job offer but i'd feel awful taking it if you are indeed interested", sometimes that kind of thing gets the ball rolling hehe.
