"I'm telling you, it's a wonderful idea! We should implement it immediately!"
"No, Mr. Weasley, we can't. You don't understand what that means!"
"Of course I understand what it means, and I think it's a great idea! Just think, we pay everyone else for the food that they give us, why not pay them, too?"
"But, Mr. Weasley, that's not what that term means!"
Harry looked up from the book he had been reading as Mr. Weasley rushed through the front room of The Burrow, through the kitchen, and out the back door to the barn, a few coins clinking together in his pocket. He then looked over at Hermione, who was shaking her head with her hands on her hips. "He's not going to be happy when he sees that it won't work."
"What's up with Mr. Weasley?"
Hermione looked down at Harry, then plopped down on the settee next to him. "Oh, he just read about something in a book and took off to see if it would work, which it won't."
"What was it?"
"Oh, he wants to go give the cows money."
"He wants to give money to the cows? Whatever for?"
Hermione looked over at Harry, barely keeping her giggles in check. "Have you ever heard of cow tipping?"
