We are finally moved in.
The new place is huge. You'd think it look smaller with a bunch of stuff in it. Not the case, though. We're now looking for a couch because the office/guest room looks so bare, despite the fact that it contains half our belongings. It needs the futon like I need nourishment at this moment.
The candle store in the mall was going out of business, so we bought their chair and desk. They're both functional and cozy, exactly what we needed. Jason's checking out a dresser tomorrow morning, but as it's described as "an antique" I doubt it will be our style.
I'm working like crazy. The tips are wonderful. This really awesome guy gave me an eighteen dollar tip today. I could've kissed him, but I didn't. He had the richest, sexiest voice, too.
I work every single day this week. My feet are going to fall off and die. However, I like the people at this place. They're really friendly. I hope Katy gets hired there.
I got "Open For Business" in the mail yesterday. I've yet to really explore it, and I don't see any openings for it in the near future. I'm a busy, busy girl.
Anyway, I love you all and miss you.
Oh, I had a dream that my mother went crazy last night. She went blind and kept screaming "It's psychosomatic" at me. Very odd.
