Fuck this pagan holiday

I just got off the phone with mary and informed her that i wasn't going to take part of the gift giving portion of christmas. At first she called me childish because i was going to rock the boat and make people upset by doing what i believe in an being my own person. After some time she started to see my point that our family is catholic. We believe in God, not santa claus. I have decided since i can't easily get out of the gift giving im going to buy everyone presents from the christian supply store and the grotto. If i have to celebrate a holiday i don't believe then im gonna make damn sure i celebrate it for the right reasons.
