Greetings, all. A lot has happened in the last month or so. It seems as though my tough times are past. A lot of drama has been cleared up. The tutoring and student disability services have been great tools in keeping my grades up.
My musical life has taken to the skies! I finally got a replacement Ipod, and I am beginning to refill it with my barbaric collection of CDs. Once again I can connoisseur music. I played a show with Assailant, our first in over a year... Aside from a small mix-up with the booking agent, the show was AMAZING. To me it was the biggest outlet of stress. There is a certain energy inside me that is only released on stage. The closest thing to my sex-faces that anyone will see at this point are the ones I make on stage. The Spirit of Autumn sounded exquisite. My band mates were on top of their games. The opening bands sounded awesome. The crowd ate us up. It looks as though Assailant is back and business, and we have made many new friends along the way. I look forward to new shows and musical opportunities.
In other news, I now have a beautiful, caring and supportive girlfriend. (She’s Jewish, too!) We have bonded mentally and spiritually. Beth is also from Cincinnati, so distance will never be an issue. After almost one month, our relationship is building to be very strong.
That’s really all I have to say for now. Things are going quite well. I will be back on spring break March 24 through April 2. Please, Cincinnati friends, take this time to hang out with me!
METAL BE WITH YOU!
