True love in a town like Silent Hill, is it? So tell us, what will you find your potential partner doing when you first encounter them? Just hanging around, sitting against a wall, reading a letter, walking around a graveyard, etc. Examining something or figuring out what to do.
And how should they ideally react to your presence? Also, will you stay together right away or split up again? He should be guarded at first but kind, and soon relax and start getting to know me. We'd stay together.
The classic pillow scenario: How do you expect your partner to cope with that terminal illness of yours? I know he would NEVER just cut my life off like that, not even if I asked him to. That's just not the view of our love he would have, and it'd be against his principles.
And what would you do in the face of their suffering and impending death? I certainly wouldn't kill them. If they're absolutely set on it, I'd reconsider it, but I probably couldn't bring myself to actually have a violent hand in it. If they were about to be ripped apart by a machine or something, like in Homecoming, then I'd save them the pain and kill them right away.
Parasite possession, violent outburst or just about anything along those lines - how would your partner react if you were suffering from a sudden homicidal outburst? He would stay calm and not panic right away, and try to help me. I think he'd try hard not to harm me in self-defense.
In return, how would you cope with this tiny little murderous attempt coming from your partner's side? I'd probably run away, to be honest, because I wouldn't want to hurt him and I'd be afraid of him.
You two have FINALLY gotten around to leaving this town. To celebrate the occasion, how about you describe us your ideal first date in the real world? We'd go out to a movie, a concert, maybe have dinner, walk around or sit talking outside, and then maybe go to our place. We'd just talk a lot and in-depth and do something interesting or arts-related together.

Please share with us the one character in Silent Hill you couldn't possibly imagine a relationship with and tell us why that is. As far as protagonists go, I don't think I could really like Henry Townshend, because he just seemed so uninteresting and passive. He looked like a guy who should just be going out to a club or something instead of being in the situation he pretty much randomly was in. I don't think he had much complexity to his psyche or any emotional disturbance; there wasn't any interesting substance there. Not much reaction to things.
