OCTOBER & NOVEMBER : OPEN THEME MONTHS
Okay, how about this one? The rest of October and all of November will be dedicated to reopening the old themes. So if there's any theme you missed or which you'd like to get a restamp on, this is your chance to go ahead and get it!
THE RULES
1. You need a regular stamp to participate.
2. For every theme application you post you must first vote on all unstamped applications available.
3. In your subject line, please put OTM: -NAME OF THE THEME YOU'RE APPLYING FOR-, for example 'OTM: SILENT HILL 3 THEME'.
4. You may have more than one application open at the same time, however you must wait at least two weeks between each application you must. Within that rule you may apply and/or reapply for as many themes as time allows.
