(no subject)
life is finally starting to get back into order.
sooo...to do a brief overview of the past week and a halfish...
lets see, thursday last week (like march 30th..) two of my closest friends from high school came in town, kristin and adrienne. they stayed till sunday and it was an absolutely amazing weekend filled with shopping, hanging out, catching up, going out and just having a plain-ole good time. i seriously miss them already, and i sort of want to go back down to cali in may to visit them again...but we will have to see about that one.
they left sunday at 6 am and i woke up agian at 1 in the afternoon sunday with a cold/bug thing that has sort of taken over my life since. this past week was a really long week, i didn't feel so good at all, had a lot of homework and reading and just the readjusting back to school thing just made it a shitty week overall.
luckily, things are better now.
this weekend was a really fun weekend! friday i hung out with mandy/fanny/shannon and we made ourselves dinner, watched wet hot and wandered around greek row and the ave (maybe not our best idea...). saturday kaito was in town so we went out for lunch at thai 65 and it was really fun to see her, and i'm super excited that i get to see the whole fam on wednesday! afterwards me and leah went on a shopping adventure to urban, which involved spending way too much money but getting some REALLY good finds! yay! afterwards i took a looovely long nap. then me and leah made a delicious feast (well. two kinds of grilled cheese (in the pan kind that we burned..but were really good and buttery..and george forman grill kind...) plus a variety of fruits and an izze!) and watched some friends. i think that show is seriously the best show ever. like wow. i love it. we examined my messed up legs for a little bit then we attempted to do some homework but ended up going out for a bit to a house party with gilad and jeff. even though i wasn't so much in the mood to go out, it ended up being really fun. after that me and leah rented rent (confusing, i know) and watched it till i started to die at like 2:00.
and today i woke up at noonish (amazing!) and have been doing homework and lounging around all day. aka i'm still in my pajamas. but it was good because i wrote my whole essay due tuesdsay, now i just need to type it up and edit it a little bit tomorrow. i also realized that, after i turn the essay in on tuesday, we only have 1 reading assignment in jewish calss for like 3 weeks, plus in the next two weeks we only have class 3 times (instead of 8!). gotta love passover. so that makes me really happy, because it'll give me time to catch up on poli sci stuff, cause i didn't work on it at all this weekend and i'm really behind in that class.
this is going to be a long week coming up, hopefully a good week though. tomorrow i have my doctors appt. (finally!) so i can hopefully find out why it looks like someone beat up my legs (like actually they are gross. i'm not even going to go into detail). and hopefully they'll fix my crohn's disease cause my body sort of hates me right now. tuesday is a nothing day, but wednesday i am going home for the first night of passover seder! yay! i am super excited, cause i love passover! then i'll be back in seattle thursday with the whole fam for second night seder at my grandma's house. friday i have remicade treatment (unless they change it to tomorrow or tues) and i get to hang out with my mom all day. and then its the weekend again! wow!
so. i'm decently happy again, although not quite healthy, but only a little stressed now! yay!
