Beginning of AIU Fall Semester
Slowly catching up!
I moved into a new room, and I can see everyone walking to/from classes from here. I like it.
A school trip to a gorgeous shrine, which even the famous Japanese poet Basho visited.
And we visited Mt. Chokai. I tried to make a panoramic composition. :/
A bus ride back to campus - we really are surrounded by farms.
My own bag of Akita rice (for which Akita is famous), I'm cooking a bit because I opted out of the meal plan. I just have to either get a microwave or learn to cook with a single burner on my stovetop. My kitchen is so, so small!!
For a while I was only cooking curry (above) and stirfry, but I've gotten a little tired of it, so I'm trying to find new recipes.
