Basically Noel Fielding is a magical space-rabbit-ram-lgged alien from Xooberon, a real planet. But, being the spiteful princess he is (he's a female of his species) he runs off from the safe introverted society. Meanwhile the enemy of their nation the neighboring planet of the Co'kneies takes advantige of this, led by the ruthless space-empire leader Lord Hitch'na. However Noel recieves aid on his journey towards Earth by the son of Zeus Julian Barratt, who is half-God and the Grand Vizier of planet Jupiter. They bond on earth after he saves him, and they become lovers and comedy partners. Eventually The Boosh is made that parodies their lives in the hidden world of alien and magic politics.
During their secret lives together Noel is given a human form, what we know of his today, by two members of the Intergalatic Space Laywers Rich Fulcher and Matt Berry who operate on aiding his royal magical-ness. Since besides the Hitch'na, there are others who would seek to posess Noel because of the magical properties of his mirrorball milk from his teats, and Sunflash the rouge half-god son of Apollo who has an infatuation with him. Now the space lawyers as yet can't legally force young Noel back home to his parents, and Rich and Matt have taken a fondness for him. They altered the memories of the entire family of Fieldings and related so that they have always thought that Noel was their eldest. Naboo is training to be a shaman by the REAL Shaman council, which is in eternal battle with the Evil Space Sorcerors who also wish for Noel's magical properties.
Noel also had a fling with Chris Corner, another space-rabbit, the male of his species. Males are distinguished by their owl-faces.
