just got back from conditioning
oh the pain
had to push those things the football players do and let me tell you they hurt big time i feel for the football guys
had to run a mile do lunges mountain climbers squats all that lovely stuff
then add on some triangles and some polls
all together i think i ran close to 3 miles
cant wait for my birthday to come...
