Author’s Notes: I posted the first chapter of this story in 2007. At the time, Gerard and Frank were unmarried, childless and pretty damn friendly with each other. I posted the last chapter of the story in 2011, almost 3.5 years since I began. Over this time, thousands of people have visited my journal and (presumably) read this story.
