Very crazy shit, Never realised how big those fucking cokes were in the mcdonalds in the states.
The dudes liver nearly packs in after only 20 odd days...
I've only probably eaten McDonalds once in the past two years but jesus, people really need to use their willpower and get their head out of their arse.
