(no subject)
so i go to walmart last nite and i'm in the checkout line.
the EXPRESS [12 items or less] checkout line, at that. the woman in front of me puts maybe 8 or 9 items on the counter. there's like, 4 picture frames, and has the clerk is scanning them through, the woman is watching the thingy that says the price. a couple of them we apparently too expensive for her, and she's all "no no no forget that!" and makes the checkout girl void them. well ok. she could have checked the prices BEFORE she got to the checkout, but whatever. so then the counter is clear and we all think she's done BUT she pulls out like 38473974 more items from her cart! i'm annoyed at this point. but i wait. the last thing the girl has to scan through is a pair of shoes. but of course, she probably picked the only pair that has NO TAG. she's like, "they're 29.99$. it's in the thing, you know, whatever you call it, the book thing." and the clerk tells her it doesn't matter, she needs the upc code thing anyway. the poor clerkgirl has to call the shoe department to get the upc code. finally, she gets it and punches it in. the shoes come up as 39.99$. so again, the woman is all, "NONONO. they're on sale! they're in the..."blahblahblah! and the girl has to call someone from the shoe department down. now i'm STEAMING, because she's stupid and irritating and completely inconsiderate. just her tone of voice, what she's saying, her body language. like it's the poor clerk's fault. i was seathing, so i finally let out an angry sigh to make my irritation apparent, and ran to another checkout.
she was still there waiting at the till when i left...
such a long, pointless rant. lol but i had a long, pointless wait, ok?!
