harucon report?
the day started just as planned,
me and my friend Johanna left really early so we could get to the con even before time, so we could set our tables and everything. we were supposed to meet meeshk at the train station at TA, but we got there before time so we just waited
eventually we gave up and started looking for our bus-- BUT IT WAS POURING.
the bus station was across the road and a car passed by us ;u; we both were soaked and it was horribly and the rain just didn't stop and it seemed like a nightmare. after the rain calmed down we found our station and--
the bus was parked across the road. with heating on. it was still raining, I remind you. suddenly we also saw the driver going out and taking a newspaper! but nooo he didn't let us on!
until maybe 20 minutes later, but we were like 25 people on a 14 people bus! it wasn't very nice..
FINALLY we got there and got our tables set and all-- or so we thought. Johanna got the last third of a free table and I was left with none \o/ the one in charge of the so called Artist Alley said I may have to wait until 1pm for a table.
needless to say I was so depressed, I tweeted about it too / A \ I felt like going back home..
at 1pm wonderlandwind (and harvilou , too!) arrived and I immediately hijacked her to hang out with me and find that in-charge guy for a table!
but alas, still no table in sight. he did advise us to just sell on the floor though, and so I did!
right under my sign, too haha

see, I have a staff badge and all! but no respect, no respect -3-
oh and the other signs that were hung across the building!
I pretty much spent my day on the floor like that haha but I sold pretty good! *3* a lot better than previous cons I sold at COMBINED!
and I had a lot more fun just.. drawing for myself, honestly lol. and and I had a lot of place on the floor? a third of a table would never contain all those prints haha
some people just randomly came and took photos of Gal (wonderlandwind ) drawing, because she was cosplaying the most adorable Kiki ever ♥

at some point harvilou came and sat down with us and I talked to him a lot after a while! it was really like nice and fun, I'm happy you stopped by! even if he mostly judged me for the olympics hockey LOL
ooh and I even got 3 commissions! 2 of them were hetalia which made me so incredibly HAPPY. they weren't even Ger/Ita!!

surprisingly, people also recognized me from DA, I didn't quite expect that! it was nice..
