It works well, especially with how the characters appear to come out of the frames rather than being limited by them. [+ 3] 1st place - #04 f - Oh my God. I love this icon to death. The way Shizuo and Izaya pop out of the frames. The gorgeous manga coloring. All three background textures. The fact that you also have an incredible and recognizable style is like the cherry on top ;) [+ 3] 1st place - #04 f - I like the composition and the use of frames, and I think the background colors really work not just visually, but as their own kind of exposition. The coloring is great, too.

1st place: [+ 3] 1st place - #10 f - Part of me hates the crop of this and the other part of me loves it. Regardless, the coloring is really neat. I do wish that badou on the bottom was a bit sharper though! [+ 3] 1st place - #10 f - This was a really interesting way to interpret the theme! I love the two images you used and as always, your coloring is marvelous~ ♥ [+ 3] 1st place - #10 f - The coloring almost looks like cell shading and the two panels juxtaposed together work really well as such. Great use of background textures as well. [+ 3] 1st place - #10 f - The juxtaposition of the two images, one upon the dark bg and the other on a light one, is a daring move on a layout as small as a 100x100 icon; but you really made it work! Once again I must go on about how beautiful your colouring is, I especially love the lighting and colour scheme of the top panel! I love that the two panels are different yet so cohesive.
