YOU WORRIED ME HALF TO DEATH, WHAT WITH RIKKU-SAN ALREADY GONE, AND THEN YOU GO AND VANISH TOO! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING JUST GOING OFF ON YOUR OWN AND NOT GETTING IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE?

Err... maa, maa... calm down.

I didn't mean it; actually, I'm not quite sure what I was thinking anymore. I'm still sort of figuring that out still...

In times of crisis, you're supposed to turn to your friends to help you out, especially if you are unable to keep a cool head. Figuring it out? Did something happen?

Anyways, how's Rikku-san doing? She looked pretty banged up when I saw her.

Eh heh... It won't happen again, I promise. ... I guess you could say something like that.

Hm, she's fine. I tested...

[PRIVATE//UNHACKABLE]
At the same time, something's really bothering me. I'm just not entirely sure of what just yet...

Good. We'll have to tie you down if you ever attempt something like that again.

Whew, I'm glad. Did you take her to see a doctor? You tested? How?

[Private//Unhackable]

You're not sure what it is? How is that possible? I mean, how do you know something is bothering you without knowing what it is? Is it about Rikku-san?

... speaking of tying me down, have you been practicing the nawanuke no jutsu?

She looked fine to me. And... I could probably say that the test was of very unconventional means.

[PRIVATE//UNHACKABLE
Well, yeah... it is about Rikku. There are just some things that don't seem to fit together about this whole thing, but I can't seem to piece it all together just yet--there's something missing. Or, if not missing, there's something that I've got the wrong way.

Uh, not really, considering I've been running all over the place and you were gone for a bit there.

Did she? Maybe she went to the doctor on her own then. Um, okay ...

[Private//Unhackable]

If you want to, perhaps you could bring her to ShinRa headquarters to confirm whether or not Hojo was involved in her disappearance. The gods didn't tell me for sure if he was or wasn't responsible but they said that ShinRa has the means to get all the necessary proof. And now that Logan is missing too, this just can't be coincidence.

shouldve_didnt November 29 2007, 16:06:59 UTC
... which I'm sorry for. But at least you'll have the chance to now, right?

Mm, she looked perfectly fine. Everything was exactly as I'd memorized it...

[PRIVATE//UNHACKABLE]
She said that she never met with Hojo. She was taken before she'd even got there... Would she lie to me? I can't believe I'm even thinking that...

Logan, eh? He was there with Jenova, wasn't he... That was a really weird moment, though...

So in the end, ShinRa claims that Hojo is the connecting factor...

Yeah. Speaking of which, you should get back to work.

... ... I don't need to know that!!!

[Private//Unhackable]

She wouldn't need to meet up with him for him to take her. He could've snuck up behind her and knocked her out. There are ways to get people to forget. He could've hypnotized her or something so she doesn't remember him abducting her.

Yeah, he hasn't been seen in a few days now. Jenova again? You went to see that parasite?!

I don't know if they claim that exactly. I just know that they know the most about him since I was told that Hojo used to work for them in the past in their home world. If anyone can figure out if he's involved or not, it has to be them.

I will... I believe I owe the company an explanation...

Maa... Ah, it seems I've said too much.

[PRIVATE//UNHACKABLE]
As overprotective as I could be, I know she's very capable. Maybe she's not a ninja, but she's a thief. Having met Hojo myself, I don't see how he could've possibly overpowered her himself. But you're right, there are other means... I have a really bad feeling that I need to talk to her again. But if she says that she doesn't want to go to ShinRa, I don't know what I'm going to do about it...

I see. So people are beginning to link this sequence of events, eh? Yeah, Jenova. I went to confront her because I figured out what she was doing. But when I got there, she suddenly changed the game on me...

... I'll see what I can do. But I won't let anyone take Rikku away from me--I can't allow that. Not after what she's been through, what I've been through... We can't separate from each other anymore, as much as possible. I know that only would work in an ideal world, though; we can't stay together forever, can we?

They should understand.

Yes you have! Can't you be a bit more discreet?

[Private//Unhackable]

Yeah, maybe the sneaking up behind her wouldn't necessarily work but I'm sure he's capable of other ways. That might be a problem if she refuses to go but no one can force her if she doesn't want to. Maybe you could invite someone to come over and take a look?

Maybe. How often do people just mysteriously vanish anyways? I'm the wrong person to be saying this but isn't it unwise to confront an enemy without knowing your enemy first? Did she get to you? Are you sure you weren't abducted as well?

You won't have to be seperated anymore. After all this, I would think that the both of you would be more careful about the people you interact with and your surroundings. You can't be together every second of the day because not only is that impossible, it's absurd. But I don't think it's absurd that you want to spend the rest of your lives together.

Mm. I'd call it emotional distress... But I understand that's rather uncommon for most shinobi. Still, it's the explanation I have.

Umm, I tried. Really.

[PRIVATE//UNHACKABLE
I'll talk with her about it first, and we'll see where it goes from there.

You're right. There have to be reasons behind people's disappearances, or at least the disappearances aside from when someone seems to never come back ever again or arrive as a different version of said person (such was the case of Uchiha Itachi, correct?). I got careless after I figured it out. It won't happen again, I promise. I know I wasn't abducted, but... I can't say that I wasn't affected. I still don't really understand what happened or how it happened, though.

Mm. I'll definitely be having a talk with her. Again. Although I've just come back, I have to hand her the credit of actually finding me in the first place, though.

And it's a very reasonable excuse. Then I must be the exception since I have it all the time. No, not really. That's such an exaggeration since it only really happens when I try to bottle up my feelings. I'm normally more open about them so I guess when I try to suppress my emotions, it's too much for me to handle. So I understand where you're coming from.

Right. When having said nothing about it would have worked so much better.

[Private//Unhackable]

Yeah, those disappearances don't count, although if a person is gone too long, it's hard to tell if it's because of an abduction or because he or she left this world. Shh, I already understand. No need to make promises. Does she have any weird powers that you're aware of?

All right, although I'm sure she'll be more careful too. Wow, I'm impressed. Was it by accident or did she actually know where you were?
