After r&r from injury, yt is slowly but surely getting back into gear. And how else but with sweet, sweet pushups (regular, 125) and free weight bicep curls (70) while catching up on a semi-new pt playlist. Yon warmup is a rollin' easy 1 mile bike ride on top of all the running around and shenanigans of the workday.
