If your supervisor asks you to do a double, I guess you're doing a double. Afterwards instead of taking a well deserved nap walk a mile+ then prep for 9.38 mile bike ride with 35 mph headwinds. Score some nearly perfect hike/ride boots, a pair of sweet trousers and a fitness/lifestyle book. Make supper and chow down while waiting for tonight's laundry to finish.
Some numbers: 9.38 miles, 11.7 mph speed, 47:55 minutes, 1350.6 calories burned. Cals burned during walk not counted as walk was not sufficiently intense.
