Belated update
So, it has been a super long time since I've updated about anything. Life has been some draining that I haven't had time enough to breathe let alone write stuff about stuff...um ya.
I just finished writing a book - that's right A BOOK. It's 116 pages long, but it's mostly pictures. There are actually about 30 pages (standard format) of text, but that still feels pretty impressive to me. I've always wanted to publish something - it has been one of my "life goals". I bound it myself and everything! Anyhow, that has been my obsession for about a month now, and it a relief that I managed to finish in a satisfactory manner. I might upload pictures of the process later - if people are interested.
I'm not working at Fuji any more, but I guess that's not new news since I quit last February...which is like, almost a year ago. I've been working at Nyala Ethiopian Cuisine since august and the people I work for are really nice. I don't think I make as much, since we aren't as busy - but they give me food. woohoo!
Some relatives from Poland were visiting this week (they just left this morning). My Dad took the week off from work and took them around to Estes for horse back ridding and on a Budweiser tour and stuff. I still remember some Polish from my study abroad last spring, but it is awfully rusty. I wish they had Polish language classes in Fort Collins ARG. Not that I would have time for it though.
