x20 Icons | Anime 20 in 20 | Round 15
I'm finally done with my icons for Round 15 of anime20in20!
During this project, I have a feeling that I've improved (albeit just a little). Notice that some icons aren't as...well, pretty as the rest. That's basically due to my being tired, lazy or just downright uninspired.
Though I blame Red Hot Roses by 2HEARTS for getting me in the mood to make Kenpachi icons. ♥

Notes:
Ten Themes:
1. Mocking - Mayuri's face looks like he's mocking someone, and the text just came out of no where.
2. Bouncy - Yachiru's always such a hyperactive kid, and this little picture did more than represent that, so I decided to icon it. Love this one to bits.
3. Music - The text reads God is dead. Nothing else matters. "Nothing Else Matters" is a song by Metallica.
4. Numbers - I used the numbers on a clock to represent this theme.
5. Hate - For some reason, this theme was hard to icon, and I ended up with a pretty crappy one. Not too proud of this one. :/
Category (shapes):
Each division has an insignia of its own, so I got inspired to incorporate them as "shapes" along with the lieutenant of their respective division. (And no, I didn't colour Kira at all. He was a manga panel before, and after I was done with him I got him coloured like that. Don't know how that happened. XD)
Artist's Choice
I couldn't help but icon Kenpachi and Yachiru. As I previously stated in my previous two fanfics, I'm currently in my Kenpachi/Yachiru fever.
A.C. #1 - The kanji characters, if I'm not mistaken as I'm referring to my crappy Chinese, literally means "Ghost Gate."
A.C. #4 & 5 - These are manga panels, and I coloured just this once to make these two icons. For #4, I only coloured skin and the Japanese characters in the top left corner. The blue is due to texture use. As for #5, I coloured skin only.
I'd like to express my gratitude to twinstrike and her tutorials which have been a great help during the course of this project, as well as the mods of anime20in20 for organizing this. :)
I've got some variations, but I'll post them later with other icons for the 365 project.
