Looking for some PB advice

So I'm sneakily trying to possibly maybe absolutely try to play a certain someone else in a certain role-playing community...because I don't have enough characters or anything. That character is Jaina Proudmoore from Blizzard's Warcraft universe.
I was wondering if you could offer your advice. For anyone that visits the Hollow Art PB search page, this is literally copy and pasted from what I put up there, so sorry in advance for any repeats. =)

For those of you that aren't familiar with her, here a few of her physical characteristics:
~Age: Early-Mid 30's
~Human
~Blonde, straight, shoulder-length hair
~Light-skinned, but not incredibly pale [Somewhat tanned and a splash of freckles would be a plus, but not too noticeable]
~Blue eyes
~Of average height and weight (approx 5'6 and 130 pounds)
As for her personality and character traits:
~She is a very powerful mage/wizard
~She is the ruler of a city
~She is a pacifist, but has endured a lot of battles and hardships (which I know sounds totally contradictory)
~She is a generally happy person, but can be prone to breaking down in times of great horror or stress
~From the trials she has experienced already in life, she needs to appear young but also wise.
~In the end, she has to be very down to earth, almost a "girl-next-door" type.
