Holy crap I haven't updated in forever!
Yeah.. so.. I've been busy, so I haven't bothered to update.. I mean, its not like anyone reads this anyways, which is kinda a good thing, I suppose, heheheheh..
I thought I'd make some sort of point form update so people can see what I've been up to since I was in CO with Marc :)
- saw ROTK on opening night with Marc and some of his friends.. what an awesome movie, heheh
- went to Marc's university, hung out with a few of his friends there.. they're all pretty nice guys.. and his uni seems a lot nicer than mine, but that's not hard really
- bought Marc a Lego Yoda, and he bought me a ring and a kuroneko plushie :D
- got home from Amerikkka without incident.. merg to flying though, and I don't really want to go back to that country again for a long time.. even if it is to see Marc
- went home for Xmas... family just as annoying as ever.. my cousins are fucking nuts now though, especially Kathryn.. she needs the smackdown I think
- was given $ to buy a laptop for Xmas, ended up buying a Toshiba-A20 from FS, ripped them off for $100 off the price to boot :D
- went to Toronto on a road trip with Amaris, met up with Mike at the Pacific Mall, got my ps2 re-modded, then went to see ROTK with Am that night (she thought it was awesome!), stayed over at her aunt's place that evening, then went to the Science Centre the next day.. that place is in need of some repair, but us science nerds still enjoyed it
- saw Cheaper By the Dozen in Ptbo with my friend Matt from HS (only because ROTK was sold out, hehehe)
- worked New Years for my mom.. ugh..
- got back to Ottawa via a ride from Am and her mom
- back in classes now.. after shifting around my classes some, I'm taking 6 classes: Organic Chem 1, Cell Bio, Physics 2, Regions of Canada, Society and Environment (ACK, NEEDHAM!!), and the Geography of Tourism/Eco-Tourism.. yeah yeah, I know, the geography courses I mentioned are super easy, but it balances out with the science classes
- got my final marks back from last semester.. tell me whats wrong here: A/B+/B+/B/E.. ugh.. damn Teitelbaum and his evil reign over chem.. ah well, I'll prolly do ok on the supplemental exam, and at least manage to get a D.. I hope..
- saw ROTK with Am and Vanessa once again, and took along friends from Uni and such, so they could watch us freak out and laugh over the movie, heheh.. good times
- Henry is now an adolescent bunny, and hes BAD! hes a chewer, and a digger.. has semi-ruined some shirts and pants.. and chewed through the phone cord when we tried to call to get him neutered... which we still need to do, we just need the cash to do so.
- money is tight now, so I'm considering applying for some on-campus jobs for some spending money, but I don't REALLY have the time to do so.. we'll see.. I applied for some more financial aid, too
- sword handling class starts officially this week.. SO EXCITING! We went to Orientation a couple weeks back to pick up our bokkens (wooden practice swords).. and wow.. walking home with those in hand.. people get the hell out of your way! We're also expected to get/make our own armor by the end of the class, and one of the instructors is giving us free access to his armor-making shop on Saturdays.. haha, so cool!
ok.. so anyway, I think that's about all I can think of for now.. if I forgot something, I'll maybe add it later.
