With all that has gone down in my life in the world lately, The Regular Guys return would be extremely welcome.
My grandmother has been suffering with mouth and lung cancer for almost year. Her doctor believes that she will not survive surgery. She is being moved to a hospice, hopefully within the week. After she passes, I will be left with only 1 grandparent. Unless of course, my mom gets re-married to a man significantly younger than her.
My mom is moving forward with officially being the legal guardian of my niece. I'm not exactly fond of the idea, but in the long run it can only do good. My niece's alternative home life will more than likely lead to destruction in many forms. But Uncle Paul doesn't exactly put up with that from her. I am taking her to the Father/Daughter dance tomorrow night, mostly because her biological father is a deadbeat loser.
Glad I didn't lay points on the Pats...or Green Bay. Or I'd be in worse financial shape than I already am. Maybe I can hit up xytex sometime next week. Even if the article in last months DETAILS says I shouldn't. They also think the dude from High School Musical isn't gay.
