5) Ouran High School Host Club Hikaru Hitachiin. Like I said, I have this thing for twins. And it just so happens that I like Hikaru better cuhz he's eviler .. by about 5%, maybe? 7) Eureka 7 Anemone. SHE'S A PSYCHO. And her hair and dress is also pretty. She's a very interesting character if you compare her with Eureka. Eureka's pretty but her personality's kinda boring.
